COACHING CONTRACT

This agreement is made between the ‘Coachee’, and Dr. Sabiha Inamdar – the ‘Coach’, for coaching sessions, for the duration identified.

The coaching relationship

The purpose of this coaching relationship is to support the Coachee’s to achieve their goals. Coaching is a non-therapeutic intervention intended for Coachee’s who wish to enhance their performance or improve their work or personal situation.

Coach’s responsibilities

To attend coaching sessions as agreed, to select topics for discussion, to set and pursue meaningful goals

Coach’s responsibilities

To manage the coaching process (including timekeeping) , to undertake regular professional coaching supervision, to maintain confidentiality (subject to certain exemptions)

Style of coaching

Style of coaching would be directive or non-directive, not limited to provocative methods (to challenge or use silences) of coaching using NLP techniques to get the best out of the coachee. Notes would be taken during the coaching sessions and the sessions would also be audio recorded.

Confidentiality

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Coachee shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Coachee without the Coachee’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Coachee’s name as a reference without the Coachee’s consent.

Fitness

Coachee is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Coachee agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Coachee understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Coachee acknowledges that coaching does not involve the diagnosis or treatment of mental disorders and that coaching is not to be used as a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, or other professional advice by legal, medical or other qualified professionals and that it is the Coachee’s exclusive responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.

In case the Coachee expresses tendencies to harm others or themselves (ex: – suicidal thoughts, aggressive intention, violent tendancy, etc.), the Coach would be obligated to inform the Coachee’s emergency contact. In case the Coachee is a minor (under the age of 18) the Coach is obligated to inform their parent/guardian. The Coachee will be told that their emergency contact or their parent/guardian has been informed.

Number of sessions and Coaching charges

The coachee and coach will meet for the identified/agreed number of sessions. The charges towards these coaching sessions will be as mentioned on the website. These charges will be payable before each session. Coaching sessions can be rescheduled by either the Coachee or the Coach with three days’ notice.

Refunds

We don’t allow refunds for the sessions booked. However, if there are any internet connectivity issues from our end, we’ll allow rescheduling the same. Please note that you can reschedule your session only once. No cancellations allowed after the booking is done. Exceptions may be made on case to case basis.

Reschedule

You can reschedule a session if you can’t participate in it due to internet connectivity issues from our end. In addition, if you face connectivity issues, you have the liberty to reschedule your session only once. You can also transfer it to your friend or acquaintance.

Coach Coachee Compatibility

In case, the coach finds the coachee unfit / incompatible for the session, Your money will be refunded.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We may update Our Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify You of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page. We will let You know via email and/or a prominent notice on Our Service, prior to the change becoming effective and update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Page. You are advised to review these Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes. Changes to this Terms and Conditions are effective when they are posted on this page.

As a doctor and sex coach, I offer a conversational and coaching-based approach to concerns such as vaginismus. This includes emotional support, psychoeducation, guided body-awareness practices, and tools to help clients move toward comfort and confidence in intimacy.

Please note that this is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a diagnostic procedure. I do not prescribe medications or conduct physical examinations. The insights shared in sessions are based solely on the personal history shared by the client and are not verified through diagnostic tools.

There is no guarantee of a 100% resolution or “cure.” Every individual’s journey is unique, especially in cases involving fear, trauma, abuse, or phobia. The coaching process may help many clients make significant progress, but outcomes vary and cannot be assured.

What happens within the session is meant to help the individual or couple connect with themselves, understand patterns, and explore possibilities — but the decisions made by the client, such as whether to continue the marriage or pursue divorce, remain entirely their own. I do not offer legal advice or relationship directives.

Clients are encouraged to seek medical or psychological care in parallel, if needed, and are fully responsible for the choices and actions they take post-session
