As a doctor and sex coach, I offer a conversational and coaching-based approach to concerns such as vaginismus. This includes emotional support, psychoeducation, guided body-awareness practices, and tools to help clients move toward comfort and confidence in intimacy.
Please note that this is not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a diagnostic procedure. I do not prescribe medications or conduct physical examinations. The insights shared in sessions are based solely on the personal history shared by the client and are not verified through diagnostic tools.
There is no guarantee of a 100% resolution or “cure.” Every individual’s journey is unique, especially in cases involving fear, trauma, abuse, or phobia. The coaching process may help many clients make significant progress, but outcomes vary and cannot be assured.
What happens within the session is meant to help the individual or couple connect with themselves, understand patterns, and explore possibilities — but the decisions made by the client, such as whether to continue the marriage or pursue divorce, remain entirely their own. I do not offer legal advice or relationship directives.
Clients are encouraged to seek medical or psychological care in parallel, if needed, and are fully responsible for the choices and actions they take post-session

• However, audio recordings are maintained for internal review and insight development.

• These materials are stored securely and are used strictly for internal purposes, such as progress tracking, supervision, or insight extraction — always without revealing your identity.
Your privacy remains a top priority, and no content is ever shared publicly or externally without your explicit written consent.
